About the Role
You will be based at Läkarstigen, together with other management colleagues and licensed staff. As unit manager, you are responsible for approximately 25 licensed nurses who work in care homes, LSS facilities, and within social psychiatry throughout the municipality. Part of the work involves being present on-site with the staff. The role entails close collaboration with unit managers at the facilities where the nurses are active, which requires a good ability to act as a bridge between different parties.
Your Main Assignment
The most important aspect of this role is to be available, visible, and accessible to your team members. You are expected to visit the workplaces regularly, respond quickly to questions, and provide clear feedback. Success in the role means that after 6–12 months you are well-known in the group and have established a strong presence in the operations.
Responsibilities
Personnel responsibility for approximately 25 nurses distributed across the municipality's facilities
Budget responsibility, primarily personnel budget
Participate in the management group for HSL short-term operations – a tight and influential group
Act as a bridge between the nurses and managers at respective facilities
Drive and develop the operations forward
Requirements
Licensed nurse
Documented leadership experience
Swedish fluency in speech and writing
Driver's license
Good computer skills
Merits
Experience working in municipal operations
Experience with the Lifecare system
