Your assignment As Unit Manager, you are responsible for leading and developing our nursing organization with a focus on quality, work environment, participation, and business development. You are responsible for operations, finances, personnel, and work environment (VEPA) and work together with your employees and fellow managers to create good conditions for a sustainable operation. You have support from an administrator as well as specialized functions within HR and finance. You are part of our management team and part of the Operations Manager's leadership group, where you contribute to the strategic development of the business. Your workplace is located at Kasern Virgin in the scenic T4 area with good commuting options from all of Scania. The position is primarily on-site, but some opportunity for remote work exists. You have experience leading people and operations and thrive in assignments where development and change are a natural part of everyday work. You work in a structured manner, have an unpretentious approach, and are used to making decisions, prioritizing, and creating good conditions for your employees. You have good collaboration skills and see the value of working together with different professions within municipal health and care. Qualifications We are looking for you who have: Relevant academic education of at least bachelor's degree level. Several years of management experience with responsibility for operations, finances, personnel, and work environment (VEPA). Experience as a manager within municipal health and care operations, for example home care, assisted living, LSS, support functions, or municipal nursing services. Experience leading development and change initiatives. Good understanding of collaboration between different professions within municipal health and care. Good digital skills. Good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both spoken and written. Category B driver's license (manual transmission). Meriting factors It is meriting if you have: Nursing license. Experience leading nurses or other licensed professional groups. Knowledge of HSL, SoL, and LSS. Experience with competency planning, work environment initiatives, and business development. Experience with business systems such as Lifecare/Procapita, Medvind, and Visma. You share our values and approach as described in our employee and manager policy.
