About the Position As a manager, you will have a varied and developmental role with two components. You are an operationally-close manager for a small elderly care home on the island of Blidö, while simultaneously leading and developing the work of our nurses who work evenings and nights. The smaller context provides you with good opportunities to be present in daily operations, make decisions, and influence the development of the facility. At the same time, you contribute from a broader perspective through your role overseeing nursing operations. You are part of the management group for home care and residential services and are an active participant in the operational area's strategic development. You have budget, personnel, and work environment responsibilities and work both operatively and strategically. The role offers a high degree of independence and the opportunity to make a difference – for both staff and residents. About You For this position, you need to: - Be a licensed nurse - Have interest and experience in leadership - Have the ability to commute to Blidö, where work is primarily based, as well as to Norrtälje where parts of the role are conducted - Hold a B-category driving license with driving experience The role requires flexibility and the ability to handle multiple parallel tasks in a structured way. Our evening and night nurses work across all elderly care homes within Tiohundra throughout the municipality. We are part of Tiohundra – the complete care company in Roslagen.
