The water and wastewater operations consist of about fifty employees responsible for the production and distribution of drinking water, wastewater treatment, and the operation and development of pipe networks and facilities. You lead a group with high competence and work closely with other managers to develop modern, robust, and future-proof water and wastewater operations. This is a role where you lead daily operations while driving development, change, and improvement. You will, among other things: lead and develop operations toward set goals create conditions for safe and stable operations ensure compliance with laws, regulatory requirements, and permit conditions contribute to the implementation of major investment projects and new facilities develop organization, working methods, and processes drive digitalization and develop the use of technology and system support work strategically with competence management and operations development create good collaboration both within and outside the operations. We are looking for you with the following experience and qualifications: relevant university degree or other education that the employer deems equivalent many years of experience from the water and wastewater industry where you possess knowledge of laws and regulations governing water and wastewater operations experience leading operations, employees, and change initiatives experience with budget and operational responsibility good command of Swedish in speech and writing Valid driver's license (category B) ability to use digital tools and AI support in projects, analysis, and documentation work We particularly value experience with: drinking water production, water treatment, or other vital technical operations health protection and food legislation large investment or construction projects digitalization and operations development automation and control systems municipal operations.
