To continue this journey forward, we're seeking a Unit Manager for Architecture Governance. About the Role As Unit Manager for Architecture Governance, you will have a central role in developing and strengthening architecture work within a mission-critical operation. The unit constitutes Svenska kraftnät's central architecture function and is responsible for creating conditions for and coordinating architecture work across the organization. Through architecture governance, common working methods, and support to the business, the unit contributes to cohesive and long-term development of the authority's architecture. Within the unit are domain architects responsible for IT-related architecture areas. The assignment also includes responsibility for coordinating the division IT's participation in international collaborations and forums. As unit manager, you are responsible for leading and developing the unit and creating conditions for employees to succeed in their assignments. The role also involves further developing architecture governance, working methods, and architecture capability together with the authority's chief architect. You report to the head of section for Architecture and Data Governance, who is also Svenska kraftnät's chief architect. In this role, you may also serve as acting chief architect when needed. You also work closely with the Unit Manager for Data Governance and Information Architecture to ensure effective collaboration between the units. The role includes: Operational responsibility for the unit, including personnel, budget, and results responsibility for approximately 15 employees. Setting goals, direction, and priorities for the unit's work, and following up on deliveries and results. Leading the unit's work together with employees to create a positive and developmental work environment. Further developing architecture capability in close collaboration with the chief architect. Ensuring that target architectures, governing principles, and common working methods are implemented across the organization. Having overall responsibility for ensuring that division IT's international work is coordinated and purposeful. Here you combine strategic leadership with clear delivery responsibility and contribute to making architecture an enabler for business development now and in the future. About You Required Qualifications: We seek an experienced leader with deep understanding of IT architecture and how architecture contributes to business development. You have experience working in complex organizations and have the ability to create structure, clear direction, and engagement. Architecture work is conducted in close collaboration with many parts of the organization and requires that you can build trust, leverage different perspectives, and contribute to constructive cooperation between business, IT, and architects. You have experience leading through other leaders or senior specialists. You are communicative, receptive, and relationship-focused in your leadership. To succeed in this role, you are also collaboration-oriented and have a strong ability to balance different needs and perspectives.
