We are looking for a committed and development-oriented unit manager who wants to contribute to safe, high-quality, and sustainable elderly care. DUTIES As a unit manager, you have overall responsibility for operations, personnel, work environment, and finances within your unit. You lead and develop the operation based on legislation, political objectives, and the operation's mission. The role includes creating conditions for employees to succeed in their work and, together with them, developing the operation. Duties • Lead, plan, and follow up on operations based on set objectives. • Be responsible for personnel, work environment, finances, and operational development. • Ensure good quality and legal certainty in operations. • Drive development and improvement work. • Support and coach employees in their professional development. • Work with competence management and strategic staffing. • Collaborate with users, family members, labor organizations, and other stakeholders. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who has: • University education relevant to the assignment. • Experience in leadership with personnel, finance, and operational responsibility. • Good knowledge of elderly care operations and relevant legislation. • Good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish. • Good digital skills. Personal qualities: We believe you are a confident and clear leader who creates engagement and participation. You have a genuine interest in people and understand the importance of present leadership. You work in a structured manner, are results-oriented, and have the ability to make decisions while being responsive and collaboration-oriented. Employment type: Permanent employment. Duration: Start: As soon as possible according to agreement.
