RESPONSIBILITIES You will be tasked with leading medical secretaries and administrative staff within the radiology operations in Kristianstad, Hässleholm, and Ystad, approximately 13 employees. This role is part of an ongoing development where management is being consolidated to strengthen collaboration, quality, and efficiency. As a manager leading employees, you will direct your operations toward the expected direction aligned with operational goals. Your employees' engagement is critical to your success, and you value coaching, providing feedback, evaluating performance, promoting collaboration, and creating a good work environment. Together with your team, you develop operations through efficient workflows with high quality and continuously follow up for learning and further development. You have employer and management responsibility that includes employees, operations, and finances. Examples of focus areas in the role: - Ensure efficient workflows between systems and reduce bottlenecks - Oversee accessibility and scheduling, including RIS - Monitor production and volumes - Promote collaboration between professional roles - Develop technology's contribution to a good work environment You report to the operations manager and are part of the operations area's management group. The position involves work at three locations with some possibility of remote work. Since the position involves a smaller number of employees, this role can also be combined with clinical work within Radiology. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who: • Are a licensed radiologic technologist with authorization to practice within Swedish healthcare, or have completed other higher education or university education in health and medical care • Have good understanding of radiological workflows, administrative processes, and medical secretaries' role in the care chain • Have experience with PACS, RIS, and medical record systems and understand how systems work together for efficient patient workflows • Are communicative and comfortable collaborating with IT, system management, and vendors • Have good technical and analytical skills and can develop, improve, and quality assure administrative processes, workflows, and digital solutions • Have good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written It is meritious to have: • Management or leadership experience and leadership training • Experience with system management or operations development within radiology As a unit manager with us, it is important that you are clear, stable, and motivated by leading and developing people.
