You will become an important part of the Health and Care Unit within social services, where you work together with competent colleagues to create the best possible quality of care. Your Assignment As a unit manager, you are responsible for leading, planning, and further developing operations in line with social services' goals. You have overall responsibility for operations, finances, and personnel – and play a central role in creating a work environment where employees thrive and develop. In the role: You lead an operation with a high degree of independence and delegation You drive development work with a focus on quality and improvement You create conditions for engagement, participation, and good results You collaborate broadly within the organization You report to the Chief of Health and Care. Who Are You? We are looking for someone who is a licensed occupational therapist or physical therapist and who is driven to develop both operations and people. If you have previous management experience, we see that as a merit – but what is most important is your leadership and commitment.
