Your Future Team You will become part of the Data-Driven Architecture (DDA) division within Information Systems. DDA is a strategically important division that brings together expertise in data, integrations, automation, user-facing services, and ML/Generative AI. Here, close collaboration across team boundaries strengthens the company's data-driven capabilities and creates modern, scalable, and intelligent services. Your team is responsible for the company's central product information systems, including backend services, APIs, data models, portals, and automated workflows. These systems are critical for product launches, marketing communications, sales, and partner channels globally. The team works closely with the business and has a direct impact on how the company's products are presented and used in all markets. You work agile with a focus on stability, sustainability, and innovation, and the team has significant autonomy and collaborates closely to deliver future-proof solutions that scale with a rapidly growing global product portfolio. About the Role As Engineering Manager for Product Information Services, you will have a central and strategic role in driving the development of the company's product information systems. You will lead, inspire, and develop your team, as well as shape the technical and strategic direction to ensure stable and modern services. The role combines technical expertise, leadership, and business acumen and is suited for someone who thinks big and wants to shape future data-driven solutions in a dynamic and global environment. Examples of responsibilities: Lead, inspire, and develop the team through clear coaching, strategic recruiting, proactive planning, and sharp prioritization. Shape the strategic and technical roadmap for services, information models, and API platforms. Ensure the highest quality, availability, and scalability, with data and cybersecurity in focus. Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders from product development and product management to market, sales, and support, to act as one unit. Actively contribute to the Data-Driven Architecture leadership team and drive strategic initiatives within data, automation, and continuous improvement. Create a culture of openness, collaboration, learning, and continuous development. Your Profile We are looking for someone with a solid technical background who thrives in a role where technology, people, and business meet. You combine deep understanding of modern systems with a strong desire to build teams and create long-term value. To succeed in the role, we believe you have: A background as a backend developer, architect, or tech lead, with confidence in modern systems, APIs, and databases. Experience leading and developing teams in a role as team lead, engineering manager, or similar. Good understanding of enterprise APIs, data modeling, integrations, and complex information systems. Experience working closely with the business and multiple different stakeholders, preferably in a global context. An analytical, structured, and curious approach, with ambition to create future-proof and sustainable solutions. Excellent communication skills in speech and writing, both in Swedish and English.
