We are now recruiting records administrators with administrative experience who thrive working in a team. About the Position As a records administrator, you and your colleagues are responsible for ensuring that FMV meets requirements for registration, journalizing, and inventory management of public documents and publications in FMV's case and document management system, as well as the release of public documents. In this role, you are one of the faces of FMV and our Information Management department, handling both internal and external requests that come to us. Your work tasks include monitoring email inboxes and handling incoming mail, as well as journalizing incoming and created documents. You and your colleagues also assist in staffing the reception desk where documents are received, handled in accordance with applicable laws, and released to colleagues within the agency. You will have an advisory, educational, and demanding role toward case handlers in the organization when they request the release of public documents, as well as in other case management matters. About You We are looking for someone with upper secondary education and current and relevant experience in records administration or other experience in administration and information management (for example, in journal or case management systems). You also have good knowledge of Swedish and English in both speech and writing, as well as good skills in Microsoft Office. It is advantageous if you have records administration training and education in the Public Access to Information and Secrecy Act, the Administrative Procedure Act, and the Archives Act. We would appreciate if you have experience working as a records administrator or similar role in public administration. If you have previous experience working with journalizing systems and experience in operations covered by the Public Access to Information and Secrecy Act, the Administrative Procedure Act, and the Archives Act, we see that as an advantage as well.
