JOB DUTIES
As a nursing assistant in home care, you work closely with clients and provide support, care, and services based on individual needs. The work involves contributing to security, participation, and good quality of life for the individual in their own home.
Your job duties may include:
- Personal care
- Support in daily living
- Delegated health and medical services according to prescription
- Documentation according to current procedures
- Collaboration with colleagues, nurses, and other professionals
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you who are a trained nursing assistant,
have good interpersonal skills and a professional approach. You
are responsible, flexible, and can work independently.
You must be able to communicate clearly in Swedish, both verbally and in writing,
and have an interest in creating security and quality care for clients.
In our operations, we collaborate across different units. This means that based on operational needs and your competence, you may work at units other than your regular workplace.
It is an advantage if you
- have experience working in home care or elderly care
