The Economics and Reception Unit, which is part of Individual and Family Services, works to provide appropriate support to municipality residents in need of financial assistance, investigation of protection needs in cases of violence in close relationships, estate administration, and housing matters. The unit also includes the municipality's budget and debt counselor. The unit consists of social workers, social assistants, a group leader, and a unit manager. We are located in modern facilities in Täby center where we work activity-based. About the Job Your task is to investigate and assess the right to financial assistance. You create individual planning together with the person with the goal that they will return to a socially and economically independent life. The work is broad and varied, and you get to combine meetings with people with thorough case handling. You have colleagues to discuss with, but also your own responsibility for your cases.
