About the Workplace
The Home Health Care Area Center 1–2 operates from our offices at Jönköpingsgatan 25 and Malmögatan 25A in Helsingborg. Together with occupational therapists, physical therapists, and care staff, you work to provide our patients with the best possible support and care.

Job Responsibilities
As a nurse with us, you are responsible for assessing an individual's health status and based on that, planning and implementing appropriate measures. You collaborate in teams both internally and externally to meet the individual's care needs. You are responsible for supervising and delegating care staff and providing support to other professionals on the team.
Qualifications
We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse and have good knowledge of current legislation, such as HSL, SoL, and LSS. You have good computer skills and are comfortable documenting your work. Since we cycle to our patients, you need to be able to ride a bike. The job also requires that you have a driving license (category B).
If you have previous experience in home health care, we see this as a merit.
