We are looking for a riding instructor for Borlänge Equestrian Club We are now seeking a dedicated riding instructor who wants to become an important part of our operation. With us, you will meet many students every week, fantastic horses, engaged colleagues, and a workplace where development, horse welfare, and community are at the center. About the role: As a riding instructor with us, you are responsible for planning and conducting riding lessons for children, teenagers, and adults at different levels. You work closely with students, horses, and colleagues to create a safe, educational, and inspiring environment. Work tasks include, among other things: - Riding instruction at various levels - Planning training and activities - Participation in competitions, courses, and camps - Horse and stable-related work tasks - Contact with students, guardians, and members - Contributing to the continued development of the operation Who are you? - You are a person with a genuine interest in horses and people - Pedagogical, clear, and inspiring in your teaching - Create a sense of security and trust around you - Have a natural ability to collaborate and contribute to a good atmosphere - Are solution-oriented and see opportunities - Take responsibility and work independently when needed Qualifications: We are looking for someone who has: - SRL I or equivalent education - Documented experience in riding instruction - Good ability to express yourself in Swedish both verbally and in writing - Category B driving license Meritorious: - SRL II or higher education - Experience in business development - Knowledge of young horse training or horse management Application: Do you think this could be your next workplace?
