We are looking for someone willing to work all shifts: day, evening, weekends, and overnight. Initially, we are seeking hourly substitutes with the possibility of transitioning to a fixed position and schedule if the collaboration works well.
Working as a personal assistant is fantastic, important, challenging, enjoyable, and absolutely life-changing for both you and your client and their family.
For Theo's days and nights to function well, you need to be organized, responsible, positive, and solution-focused. The work largely aims to help an entire family function and feel well, as the whole family is affected by how Theo is doing and how secure his assistants feel. This means you need strong social skills with a balanced sense of tact.
