Your Role In your role as controller, you will primarily be responsible for budget and forecasts and produce financial reports and presentations for the administration's department and unit managers. An important task is to support the administration with analysis of financial results and forecasts. Also working for more efficient operations through improvement of processes, routines and working methods is an important part of the work. You must be prepared for projects that may come with short notice that you handle in parallel with your other tasks and are expected to be completed within the set time. Here you will also have the opportunity to work comprehensively and proactively with analyses and processes to support the operations. In your work as controller, you report to the District Administration's Finance Manager. We use the IT system Hypergene for budgeting and forecasting. Your Competence and Experience We are looking for you who have relevant education in the field of finance current experience in monitoring, forecasting and budgeting extensive experience in delivering presentations and presenting financial reports experience with and good knowledge of working with data processing in Excel good communication skills in Swedish in both speech and writing. It is a merit if you also have experience working in municipal operations or politically governed organization experience working within Stockholm. You have a coaching and inclusive approach with the ability to pedagogically explain to different audiences. You are thorough and used to managing several processes at the same time.
