Working Hours and Employment Level: The work involves day, evening, and weekend shifts. Employment level is 50% permanent position with the possibility of temporary extension during periods. You will daily document and handle any deviations. Together with colleagues you distribute work tasks and communicate with HSL personnel such as registered nurses, rehabilitation staff, and on-call nurses. Examples of Work Tasks: Be a contact person and responsible for your clients' weekly planning and implementation plan Follow up on your clients' weekly planning and implementation plan Receive medication delegation from registered nurses Conduct fun activities Handle documents and deviations Who Are You? We're looking for someone who is a team player – a person who is responsible and enjoys working both independently and in a group. You have the ability to see the bigger picture and you're not afraid to take initiative. You are accustomed to documentation and work with quality as your guiding principle. Experience with person-centered work is a merit, and we believe it's important that you are a relationship builder with good collaboration skills and a positive outlook. We're looking for someone who: Is a trained nursing assistant Possesses good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing It is a merit if you have: Experience working within elderly care or home services Experience working with people with dementia Experience working in privately operated activities A prerequisite for starting employment with us at Humana is that you as an applicant can present a valid ID document and any documents that prove your right to work in Sweden.
