Since we work with secure transitions, you must have broad certification with all theoretical subjects spanning F-6, as teachers may work across grade levels. We work with an inclusive approach where all students should feel welcome in the classroom. By giving all students the right conditions, you create security and a good study environment in the classroom. You will be part of a team where you collaborate with colleagues and are an important part of collaborative learning to create new and deeper knowledge. As a teacher, you are key to the school's values-based work while also handling planning, teaching, documentation, and assessment of students' knowledge. Your Competence and Experience We are looking for someone who has high expectations for students' achievement of goals, strong pedagogical insight, and is clear and engaged in bringing out the best in students. In recent years, we have focused on students' reading development and work according to the WENDICK model. You who are applying: - are a certified teacher with broad certification (qualified in theoretical subjects) for grades F-6 - are trained and have experience with WENDICK - have experience with digital working methods as a reinforcement in teaching You are confident, stable, and a clear leader in the classroom. You place great emphasis on values-based work to create good conditions and build good relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. You have strong ability to design teaching in accordance with curricula, subject plans, and current knowledge requirements. You take responsibility for and have insight into students' results and needs, and you structure and adapt your teaching so that a secure and adequate learning environment is created. It is advantageous if you are certified and experienced in working according to the CPS and PAX models. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
