About Us We are currently recruiting staff for two of our operations in south Stockholm, in Johanneshov. Skarabackens group home, located in Hammarbyhöjden in south Stockholm, and Kalmgatans group home, located above Hammarby sjöstad. Skarabackens group home is situated in a multi-family residential building and has existed since the 1990s. The facility is just a few minutes' walk from Hammarbyhöjdens center, where you'll find grocery stores, a couple of restaurants, and cafes. Kalmgatans group home is also in a multi-family residential building and has existed since the late 1990s. The facility is approximately a 10-minute walk from Gullmarsplan or Skärmarbrink subway stations. It is also within walking distance to Hammarbyhöjden where restaurants and shops are located. About the Position We are now seeking a new residential support worker for our operation. As a residential support worker, you work with people who need support with their daily living. You work both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues. In the role, you will: Provide individual support, care, and service interventions Plan and implement activities with clients Carry out delegated health and medical care tasks Terms of Employment We are currently recruiting staff for different types of positions at our operations. We are seeking substitutes for both operations who can work scheduled shifts for planned absences, with shift bookings made a few weeks in advance, as well as working during short-term staff absences. We are seeking an employee for a temporary position during the period October 26, 2015 to May 31, 2027, as one of our colleagues will be studying. The position is 84.46% and working hours vary with days, evenings, and weekends. We are seeking an employee for a permanent position of approximately 50-60% with a schedule primarily set for evenings and weekends. The position is planned to start in late fall or winter 2026. We apply individual salary setting and other compensation is provided according to collective agreement. Start date for the position is by agreement. Who Are You?
