Every day. 1 position(s). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES We are now seeking an occupational health consultant for the Occupational Health and Quality unit within the HR Department. The unit has a broad mandate and works with issues related to occupational health, organization and leadership, management recruitment, monitoring, analysis and personnel statistics, as well as strategic workforce planning. Our overarching goal is to contribute to making Växjö Municipality a sustainable and health-promoting workplace. By both strengthening what works well and simultaneously identifying, preventing and addressing risks, we create good conditions for a safe and developmental work environment. Together we support Växjö Municipality's departments, companies and associations in systematic occupational health work, in close cooperation with chief safety representatives and safety representatives. As an occupational health consultant, you work both strategically and close to operations with occupational health issues. An important part of the assignment is to develop and strengthen systematic occupational health work, where you contribute structure, methodology and long-term perspective. In this position, you will have a particular focus on the rescue service operations. Based on the organization's needs, you may also come to support and work toward other operations within Växjö Municipality. The role includes, among other things: • Supporting managers in planning, implementing and monitoring systematic occupational health work • Conducting assessments, risk evaluations and analyses • Developing and implementing working methods, routines and support tools • Conducting training and workshops in occupational health • Preparing documentation, reports and service memoranda • Monitoring initiatives and analyzing results • Close collaboration with the rescue service and other operations The work involves significant presence in the operations. QUALIFICATIONS Do you want to be part of creating workplaces where people feel good and can perform sustainably over time? We are looking for someone who has experience in occupational health work and wants to continue developing this work together with us. You have solid knowledge of systematic occupational health work and the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations, and you have the ability to apply these in practice. To thrive in the role of occupational health consultant, you need to have experience and knowledge of change, development or improvement work and be accustomed to working in operational systems. We would prefer that you have academic training in occupational health or training that the employer considers equivalent. It is an advantage if you have previous experience in qualified occupational health work, preferably in a larger organization or within public operations. As a person, you are structured, communicative and have a strong commitment to occupational health issues. You are factual, clear and confident in your assessments, even when different perspectives need to be weighed together, and you have a good ability to convey occupational health-related information in the organization in a pedagogical and understandable manner. You are a confident and professional partner to the organization who both supports, guides and, if necessary, can make demands. With your analytical ability, you handle complex issues, create structure and drive change forward. You are flexible, unpretentious and easily build trusting and long-term relationships.
