Our current business developer in electrification is moving on to a new role in the company, and we are now looking for you to take over the baton. Here you will have a key role in shaping the future energy system and contributing to the development of the Nordic region's largest port. The company currently employs around 180 people. About the role As Energy Systems Development Manager, you are responsible for strategic development within electrification and energy systems. You work at the intersection of technology, business and societal development and drive issues that are crucial for the port's future. The position belongs to the Innovation, Development and Transition department and reports to the Vice President Innovation, Development and Transition. Your main responsibilities will be to: Develop and be responsible for the port's electrification strategy and long-term power and energy needs. Identify and develop new electrification solutions and projects that strengthen operational efficiency and competitiveness. Drive and coordinate feasibility studies, analyses and concept development. Collaborate with internal functions and external stakeholders such as energy companies, customers, terminal operators and research and innovation partners. Monitor and analyze developments in electrification, energy systems, regulations and support programmes. We are looking for someone who has: A university or engineering degree in for example energy, electrical power, electrical engineering, industrial engineering or equivalent. We see that you have at least 5 years of work experience in the energy field. Experience in electrification, energy systems, charging infrastructure, industrial processes or related fields - in early stages. Experience of data-driven work related to energy systems and electrification. Interest in holistic perspectives, ability to find new opportunities and ensure business value in the interplay between technology, business and societal development. Good communication skills and experience collaborating with many different stakeholders. It is particularly advantageous if you have worked with: Feasibility studies, innovation projects or strategic business development. Power issues, grid capacity, flexibility solutions or energy storage. Digitalization, smart control and AI solutions linked to energy transition. Research projects, public support programmes or collaboration in larger ecosystems. To succeed in the role, we want you to: Take initiative, lead and drive the work forward together with others. Be analytical, structured and curious about new solutions. Enjoy collaboration and build strong relationships. Be comfortable with complex issues where not all answers exist from the beginning.
