About the Position Luotea performs systematic energy work where we continuously monitor and optimize our clients' facilities and work toward reduced energy consumption. In addition to working practically with energy optimization, you will serve as a sounding board and support to our technicians within your specialist area of energy. We are looking for someone who can independently, and together with colleagues, carry out energy optimization, analyses, and investigations. The work is performed both in the office and on-site at properties. Your main responsibilities will be: • Energy monitoring • Operations optimization • Energy inspections with accompanying reporting • Development of energy-saving measures proposals • Presentation of completed energy work at client meetings The position is based at our Jönköping office, but since the client's property portfolio is spread across Region Väst, travel during work hours will occur. About You You have a deep interest in technical and energy issues and will thrive with us if you are service-oriented, keep your word, are communicative, and perform your work with great entrepreneurial spirit. Furthermore, you should have a structured work approach and be solution-oriented. You are driven, have high energy levels, and are good at prioritizing. You are also skilled at teaching energy knowledge to others, both internally and to clients. To succeed in this role, you need: • Post-secondary education in the energy field or equivalent education • At least 2 years of experience with energy work in real estate • Experience with operations optimization • Experience compiling measurement data, performing calculations and technical analyses, and writing/compiling technical reports • B-class driving license Meritorious: • Experience with energy monitoring systems, such as Momentum or Vitec • Knowledge of control and regulation technology • Knowledge of measurement technology for electrical, water/sanitation, and ventilation • Experience working with energy calculation software • Certified Energy Expert • Certified Energy Auditor Why You Should Choose Luotea Our clients are public and commercial property owners throughout the country.
