About the role: ATPower provides consulting services to the real estate industry and is certified for energy audits, energy performance certificates, and airtightness testing. Our core idea is to offer a comprehensive range of services for our customers' energy challenges. We work with different types of properties and tailor solutions to meet customer needs. As a business development energy specialist, you will work to develop our offerings ranging from energy audits and operational optimization to comprehensive energy analyses for all types of properties. You will, for example: Conduct and prepare energy audits. Prepare energy performance certificates for all types of buildings. Provide advisory services and training both internally and externally. Develop framework agreement documents, procure services, and set requirements for contractors. Manage projects for environmental certification of buildings. Help customers in management and operations optimize their properties' energy efficiency. Work with training in energy, environment, and sustainability. The above tasks are part of your responsibilities—the role is very flexible and you have great opportunity to shape it yourself. We are looking for someone who: Holds a relevant university or engineering degree in fields such as civil engineering, building engineering, or equivalent, or relevant vocational education. Has at least 3 years of professional experience with qualified work on energy issues in the real estate sector. Speaks and writes fluent Swedish and English, as both languages are used in daily work. It is a merit if you have previously worked in a business development role. It is a merit if you have experience in training or teaching. We also place great emphasis on personal suitability.
