We are now looking for a Breakfast & Dinner staff member at Home Hotel Slottsparken, Linköping who wants to be part of our family.

Your responsibilities:
Follow the procedures and guidelines that exist and have been developed for the department.
Greet all guests with a smile and give them a good start or end to their day.
Varied work where you both serve breakfast, dinner, wash dishes and serve.
Prepare dishes in accordance with established procedures, routines, concepts and profitability targets.
Ensure that breakfast or dinner is always fresh, well-stocked and inviting and served correctly.
Keep all tables clean and the buffet clean so it is always welcoming for our guests.
Ensure good hygiene levels in the dining room, buffet, kitchen and other areas before, during and after service.
Be familiar with the vision, culture and values of Strawberry and Home Hotel.
Always be friendly, respectful and helpful to both guests and colleagues.
This is a one or two permanent position at 20-30% with start date by agreement. The position involves varying working hours, including evenings and weekends.

You enjoy a varied schedule with both early morning shifts and late evening shifts.

Previous experience of similar work in both kitchen, cooking and breakfast service.
