Job Information
Professionals Nord is seeking an Energy Manager on behalf of our client. This is a full-time position lasting 12 months with good potential for extension. You will be employed by Professionals Nord and work on-site at the client.
In this role, you will be an important part of the operation and responsible for ensuring energy-efficient operation of properties and technical systems. You will work closely with the business to analyze energy consumption, identify areas for improvement, and drive initiatives that contribute to increased sustainability and cost-efficiency.
Travel is part of the role as work is based at sites in the Mälardalen region.

Responsibilities
As Energy Manager, you will, among other things:
Monitor, analyze, and report on energy consumption
Identify and manage deviations in electricity and heat consumption
Optimize operating times and energy use in technical systems
Ensure that building systems operate according to operational needs
Analyze energy statistics, power peaks, and consumption trends
Present improvement suggestions and recommend measures
Manage smaller projects within plumbing and ventilation
Coordinate internal resources in implementing energy-saving measures
Take responsibility for the quality of energy monitoring systems
Prepare and update technical documentation and reports
Participate in status inspections
We Are Looking For You If You
Have post-secondary education in building technology or equivalent
Have several years of experience in energy, operations, or building technology
Have experience in commissioning and optimizing heating and ventilation systems
Have good knowledge of energy optimization of properties
Have experience with monitoring, analysis, and energy tracking systems
Communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing
Have good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Have experience with property or case management systems
Hold a valid driver's license (Category B)
Meritorious
Experience from industrial properties or production environments
Knowledge of LCC analyses and investment calculations
Experience with various energy monitoring systems
