Supplementary Information4): Job Description Investor-Engineering Activities - Preparation and Implementation of Investments " Development of investment proposals and provision of construction assignments, construction studies, construction project documentation, assignment of surveying and exploratory work, documentation for obtaining building permits, subsequent contractor selection, handover of construction site, arrangement of acceptance procedures, monitoring of implementation and billing according to construction budget " Maintenance of written records, technical documentation and all required documents for individual projects, " Participation in preparation of documentation for grant or subsidy applications, oversight of compliance with grant conditions in the area of building preparation and implementation, and preparation of documentation for final evaluation of projects in accordance with conditions accompanying the allocation of financial resources within the scope of competence of the specialist officer. Building Energy Management Technician " Monitoring (data collection, meter readings, invoice verification/staff oversight) " Evaluation (analysis of energy balance/consumption diagrams/return on investment, simulations) " Planning (determination of costs, consumption and its trends, cost-saving measures, shutdowns, repairs) " Implementation (measures, inspections, monitoring frequency for personnel, contract updates, etc.) " Reporting - monthly and annual preparation of energy consumption reports and diagrams, statistical, volume and price evaluation, optimization measures. " Coordination of preparation and implementation of energy investments " Request and evaluation of supplier quotations leading to energy savings " Work in project teams Qualifications and Requirements: " Higher professional or university education " Knowledge of legal regulations - Act on Municipalities, Act on Public Procurement, Building Act " Good knowledge of PC work (WORD, EXCEL) " Independence, reliability, attention to detail, willingness to continue learning " Advantage: experience in the field of investments Requirements for Employment: " Czech citizenship or foreign citizenship with permanent residence in the Czech Republic, " Minimum age of 18 years, " Capacity for legal acts and clean record " Command of the language of negotiation Requirements for Written Application: First name, surname, title, date and place of birth, nationality, place of permanent residence, date and signature.
