We are now seeking a substitute caregiver who can work as needed and is able to work 24-hour shifts. I am a woman in my 40s with cerebral palsy who lives in my own apartment in Kristianstad. I am an energetic and cheerful person who enjoys doing different activities in my everyday life. I particularly enjoy attending concerts, listening to music, and participating in various activities. As a personal assistant, you are an important part of my daily life and help me achieve the opportunity to live the life I want to live. My assistants also accompany me to my workplace on weekday mornings. I communicate using AAC and Bliss symbols. Therefore, it is important that you are attentive, patient, and have an interest in understanding and communicating with me in my way. We are looking for someone who: - Has a positive attitude and sees opportunities - Is calm, confident, and responsible - Works well in collaboration with my other assistants - Is independent and comfortable working alone with me - Is able to work 24-hour shifts - Is attentive and has a respectful approach We place great emphasis on personal suitability. Education and previous experience in personal assistance or care is desirable, but the most important thing is that you as a person fit in with me and my daily life.
