Be part of developing how we meet the candidates of the future We are now looking for an Employer Branding & Communications Coordinator who wants to help strengthen AxÖ's brand and develop how we attract, meet, and build relationships with the candidates of the future. This is a broad and varied role where communication, relationships, and development work come together. You'll become an important support to our recruitment consultants while also contributing to company-wide initiatives that strengthen AxÖ Consulting as a whole. No two days are the same. One day you're planning a social media campaign, the next day you're representing AxÖ at a student fair, preparing a presentation for a client meeting, or driving an improvement initiative. Regardless of the task, the role is about staying one step ahead, providing excellent support to the business, and contributing ideas that help us develop. Examples of responsibilities You will, among other things: Plan and develop AxÖ Consulting's and our clients' presence on social media and other relevant communication channels. Create content and communication materials that strengthen our recruitment assignments and our employer brand. Build and develop relationships with students, educational institutions, and other important networks for future talent sourcing. Plan and participate in fairs, events, and other activities where we meet candidates and clients. Provide communication and marketing support to recruitment consultants and contribute to company-wide projects and initiatives that strengthen AxÖ Consulting as a whole. Analyze target groups and identify new opportunities to attract candidates through new approaches and digital channels. Drive and participate in improvement projects that develop our working methods, processes, and tools. Prepare presentations and other materials for clients, procurements, and internal projects. We would like to see that you have Post-secondary education in human resources, communication, marketing, or other education that the employer deems relevant. Very strong ability to express yourself in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint. Good digital familiarity and ease in learning new systems. It is advantageous if you have Experience in communication, employer branding, recruitment, or HR. Experience in project management, events, or student relations. Experience in digital marketing or social media. Interest in AI and new digital tools.
