About the Role
As an Electrical Installation Supervisor at Alleima, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the continued development of our industrial park. In this role, you will have great opportunities to influence, working closely with suppliers, contractors, project managers, and production, as well as excellent opportunities to develop in a role with significant responsibility for the electrical projects you lead.
Your main areas of responsibility include:
- Planning, cost estimating, ordering, preparing, overseeing implementation, and inspecting all types of electrical installations at Alleima.
- Compiling costs and documentation for handover to the customer.
- Participating in and sometimes driving investment and renovation projects in whole or in part.
- Proposing systems and solutions for preventive maintenance, engineering, and investment in production equipment.
- You work independently, planning and leading your own projects.
Your Profile

We are seeking someone with a high school diploma in electrical work, preferably with relevant post-secondary education in electrical work or equivalent field, combined with several years of work experience from roles in electrical work, project management, team leadership, or similar. We place great importance on your personal qualities, which are characterized by your attentive communication style, your curiosity, and your ability to build good relationships. You thrive in a dynamic everyday where you can manage and lead multiple ongoing projects and tasks in parallel. With your own responsibility, you lead your tasks together with the organization.
