Ellios Pet Shop is a small, well-stocked dog and cat boutique located in Gärdet. We've been in business since 1994 and have a loyal customer base of dogs and cats from Östermalm. Since summer 2025, we've also had a pet shop in Gamla stan called Ellios Gamla stan. We want Ellios to be a delightful place to visit—where customers can browse our selection, receive knowledgeable assistance, and chat with us about their beloved pets. In our shops, we sell both standard products and more exclusive niche brands, so we're looking for someone just like us—someone with a passion for design and gadgets! We're now recruiting for a new colleague at Ellios, and we hope it's you! You're someone who enjoys variety day-to-day and thrives working independently. You embrace challenges and can help us reach our goals—both in-store and through our webshop! You'll work on a variety of tasks related to retail: everything from working the register and helping customers, to receiving shipments, unpacking, stocking shelves, cleaning, packing web orders, and more. The work involves frequent heavy lifting. Beyond typical retail work, you'll also handle some webshop and social media tasks. We therefore want you to be comfortable with computers and interested in this area. We believe you: -Have extensive knowledge of dogs and cats. -Have prior experience working in a pet store. You understand feed and accessories well enough to help customers independently after a brief introduction to our inventory. -It's a big plus if you're interested in and knowledgeable about photography and social media. -Are service-oriented and express yourself well in writing and speech in Swedish. Since we have many English-speaking customers, it's great if you also speak English at a reasonable level. -Have a positive view of people, are curious about both humans and animals. -Have good organizational skills and the ability to spot what needs to be done, can prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
