Ellios Pet Shop is a small, well-stocked dog and cat boutique located on Gärdet. We have been in business since 1994 and have a loyal customer base of pets from Östermalm. Since summer 2025, we also have a pet shop in Gamla Stan called Ellios Gamla Stan. It should be a delightful experience to step into Ellios, browse through our selection, receive knowledgeable assistance, and chat with us about your beloved pets. In our stores, we sell both standard products and more exclusive smaller brands, so we're looking for someone like us who enjoys design and gadgets! We're now hiring a new colleague at Ellios, and we hope it's you! You need to be someone who enjoys variety in your day-to-day work and likes working independently. You embrace challenges and can help us reach our goals, both in-store and through our webshop! You will work on a variety of tasks that come with retail work: from standing in the store as a sales associate helping our customers, to receiving deliveries, unpacking, restocking shelves, cleaning, packing web orders, and more. The work involves frequent and sometimes heavy lifting. Beyond standard retail work, you'll also work with our webshop and social media. We therefore want you to be comfortable with computers and interested in this area as well. We believe you: - Have extensive knowledge about dogs and cats. - Have previous experience working in a pet shop, with knowledge of food and accessories so you can assist customers independently after a brief introduction to our inventory. - It's a big plus if you're interested in and knowledgeable about photography and social media. - Are service-oriented and can express yourself well in both written and spoken Swedish. Since we have many English-speaking customers, it's beneficial if you also speak English at a decent level. - Have a positive outlook on people, are curious about both humans and animals. - Have good organizational skills and the ability to see what needs to be done, can prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
