Job Description As an Electrical Power Engineer at AFRY, you will work on various types of projects and assignments guided by your expertise, customer needs, and your personal ambition and development plan. With us, you will have the opportunity to work with: Feasibility studies and investigations RFQ documentation Short-circuit calculations and selective plans Design & commissioning Project management There are also good opportunities to work in other electrical power-related areas such as relay testing, measurement and analysis of power quality, and inspections. The Electric Power section at AFRY in Gothenburg is currently a team of 14 employees working as a specialist group in electrical power. We deliver advanced electrical power projects to our external customers ranging from heavy petrochemical operations to vehicle development/manufacturing to complex installations in hospitals. We also support various divisions within AFRY with our specialist expertise in electrical power. This means we are present across AFRY's entire customer base, which is incredibly exciting. Must-have requirements Post-secondary education in electrical power Several years of professional experience in electrical power Driver's license B, as travel for periods may be a natural part of your role. Excellent knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing, as communication with customers and colleagues is a natural part of the work. Since our services may operate in security-classified areas, drug testing and security clearance may be required before employment can begin.
