Your Assignment As a power systems engineer, you'll work closely with operations, projects, and development. You are responsible for developing and managing our operational and monitoring systems while contributing to some of our most strategic investment projects. You will work with both technology and people and have the opportunity to further develop our technical environment and contribute your expertise in renovation and new construction projects. In this role, you will, among other things: develop and maintain our SCADA and DMS systems participate in major grid and substation projects from early stages to completed facility establish requirement specifications and participate in procurement of control equipment project manage the implementation of new control facilities and technical systems work with protection schemes and technical analyses participate in risk and vulnerability analyses contribute to the development of the future's digital power grid and working methods participate in operational control of our high and low voltage network. The role gives you the opportunity to follow projects all the way through, from needs analysis and technology selection to commissioning and operations. On-call duty is part of the position. Who Are You? We are looking for you who have experience from the power grid industry and feel confident in a technical role close to operations and facilities. We believe you have: higher education in electrical power engineering or other education and experience that we consider equivalent several years of experience from power grid operations, for example as an operations engineer, power systems engineer, or network planner good knowledge of electrical safety and relevant ESA competence B-class driver's license It is an advantage if you have experience with SCADA systems, control facilities, protection relays, RTU communication, load flow calculations, or authorization level A.
