Kubikenborg Aluminium AB is Sweden's only producer of primary aluminum and one of the largest industrial companies in Sundsvall. The factory was built in 1942 and has the capacity to produce 130,000 tons of aluminum per year. The finished product, consisting of ingots, is delivered to presses and rolling mills throughout Europe. Kubal currently employs 460 people. We are looking for someone who is a trained electrician with at least upper secondary school education. Experience or training in process technology, automation, or electrical power is a plus. You have several years of experience in similar work, preferably from manufacturing and/or the process industry. Experience as an Electrical Safety Leader/Switchboard Leader/switchboard assistant HSP and working with transformers and rectifiers is valued. You are accustomed to working preventively and have a quality-focused work approach. As a person, you are service-oriented, proactive, and flexible. You are driven to develop both yourself and the company and have strong collaboration skills. Good physical fitness is required for the position, as the work may involve working at heights. Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to see opportunities and improvements are qualities that are highly valued. Good communication skills are necessary, both in Swedish and English, spoken and written. We expect you to have good computer skills. Main responsibilities: · Perform maintenance work involving preventive and corrective maintenance in a safe and efficient manner, such as installation of electrical equipment and repairs throughout the factory area. · Work with 5S to maintain good order and organization within the work area. · Professionally perform installation of equipment. · Work with the Maintenance System with reporting according to work order flow. · Actively participate in root cause analyses. · Be part of the company's regular emergency organization for Power.
