Responsibilities:
As an electrical design engineer at Head Energy, you will drive the development of future energy and industrial solutions. Together we contribute to a more sustainable society and industry's green transition.
You will have the opportunity to work on high-tech development projects. The projects are in our business areas Energy, Industry/Product Development, and Process. This means you could design everything from machines, electrical cabinets, electrical grids and related products to designs around various energy sources.

Projects may involve new development or product and machine updates. In many cases you will also get the opportunity to be involved from start to finish and see the product/systems commissioned at FAT/SAT.
As an electrical design engineer you will work with, among other things:
Electrical design of machines, cabinets, and systems
Dimensioning and selection of components and cabling
Development of drawings and technical specifications
Conduct preliminary studies and investigations
Provide technical support to production
Technical support to customers
Ensure that design work is carried out according to customer procedures and complies with applicable standards
Quality assure and technically review design work against the original order
Participate in FAT and SAT
Perform risk assessments/risk analyses
Education and Experience:
University degree in electrical engineering
At least 3 years of professional experience in electrical design
Experience with commonly used software such as ELMASTER, EPLAN, ELPROCAD, or similar
Experience with machine, system, and automation-related electrical design
Experience with instrumentation is a merit
Experience as an electrical design engineer in hydropower, nuclear power, wind power, or solar energy is a merit
