However, work will occur throughout Örebro County, Värmland, Sörmland, and Västmanland. You will work in a tight-knit team where we enjoy our work and view security as a given. We are now seeking experienced Security Guards for patrol and stationary surveillance work on a fixed site. Experience in the security guard profession is a requirement for positions with us. As an applicant, you must have completed both the basic security guard training VU1 and VU2 with satisfactory results. If you have completed at least one additional training course as a Security Guard, this is an asset for the positions. If you have other security-related education, such as order guard or protective guard certification, this is also highly desirable for the positions. To apply for this position, you must have experience with patrol and stationary surveillance work. We expect that you have worked at least a couple of years as a Security Guard and understand what the profession entails. To thrive in the role of Security Guard with us at Elite Säkerhet, you need to be flexible, stress-resistant, technology-oriented, and ideally interested in property management and technical solutions in real estate. You must be prepared for varying work shifts—no two days are the same. Independent work occurs. The positions we wish to fill are Full-time with immediate start. Duties are scheduled for evenings, nights, and weekends on a rotating schedule. Some daytime duty on weekends may occur. We consider it an asset if you have previously worked with any of our reporting systems: Guardtools, Scopeguard, A-Hero, and Evedi. If you also have experience with installation or servicing of technical alarm systems, this is highly desirable. Hiring for these positions is ongoing. Other requirements for positions with us are that you must be able to read and write fluently in Swedish and English. You must pass background checks from the county administration and the police authority. You must be debt-free and have your finances in order. A driver's license for a manual transmission vehicle is a requirement for all positions with us.
