Your role as a sales associate Your most important task as a sales associate is to find the perfect solution for each customer by listening actively, answering questions, and guiding them toward the best purchase. It's about helping customers through the entire process from first meeting to completed sale – and of course, your support may extend beyond the purchase. In your role as a sales associate, you'll also stock merchandise and keep the store updated according to brand standards. Continuous development, training, and keeping your technical knowledge current will be a natural part of your work. Who are you?
