Your Role as a Sales Associate Your most important task as a sales associate is to find the perfect solution for each customer by listening actively, answering questions, and guiding them toward the best purchase. It's about supporting the customer throughout the entire process from first meeting to completed purchase, and this doesn't end there—your support may be needed even after the sale. In your role, you will also stock merchandise and maintain the store according to our standards. Development, training, and keeping your technical knowledge current will be a natural part of your work. Who Are You?
