Your most important task as a sales associate is to find the perfect solution for each customer by listening actively, answering questions, and guiding them toward the best purchase. It's about helping the customer through the entire process from first contact to completed sale—and that doesn't end there; you may need to provide support after the purchase as well. As a sales associate, you'll also work on restocking merchandise and keeping the store updated according to our concept. Development, training, and keeping your technical knowledge current are natural parts of your work. Who are you?
