Your Role as Store Manager For you, your employees and customers come first. At the same time, you deliver strong results for your store, follow up, and improve to reach even higher. You have overall responsibility for your store's employees, customers, and results. As a sales-driven Store Manager, you lead the store by developing and coaching your sales team to guide customers toward the best purchases. You are responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and developing your team and ensuring daily operations through leadership and planning. You will work in daily operations alongside your employees and serve as an important role model. As Store Manager, you are also responsible for ensuring your store is up-to-date and follows our concept to create the best customer experience. Who Are You?
