Your Role as Merchandiser
As a merchandiser, you will work within the Operations area, which consists of cash handling, warehouse, and merchandising. It's a varied role where you'll work on multiple different tasks where your expertise makes a difference and forms an important part of success. A large part of your day is about creating the best possible customer experience—you're simply a star at customer service. In addition to being responsible for store standards, product logistics, and handling customer payments, you must also ensure it's easy for our customers to shop and that they can take the right product home with them. By optimizing the purchasing experience in the warehouse and ensuring satisfied customers, we can reach our goals. The ability to solve problems on the path to success is another crucial part of the role. You will receive basic knowledge in all areas of Operations and therefore have great flexibility in your daily work.
