In this role, you will also have the opportunity to influence our customers' perception of us. Your Role as Service Advisor As a Service Advisor, you will work within the Operations area, which includes warehouse management, merchandising, checkout, and support. A significant portion of your work takes place in the warehouse, where you will be responsible for receiving merchandise, managing product flows, and ensuring the right products are in the right place at the right time. Warehouse work here differs from traditional warehouse operations in that it requires a combination of physical strength and administrative capability. You will work roughly equally between practical and administrative tasks and therefore need to be comfortable with various systems, able to analyze product flows, and understand the connections between different systems. Although most of your time will be spent in the warehouse, you will gain basic knowledge in all areas of Operations. This creates a broad understanding of the business and gives you the opportunity to collaborate effectively across departmental boundaries, while contributing to a flexible and varied workday. Through your work, you ensure efficient processes, well-stocked departments, and a positive experience for both customers and colleagues. Who Are You?
