In your role as Kitchen Specialist, you will train and coach in sales and product knowledge, and be a key driver for motivation to achieve the best results in your product area. The kitchen showroom always looks impeccable when you're on duty, and you have no problem working independently. You need to be flexible and operationally engaged—you participate and take action in day-to-day work and serve as a role model for others. Who are you? You are responsible for the kitchen area; your task is to use your specialist expertise to build trust within the team and with customers who need support in this important purchasing process.
