Hallens Church School is a grades 1-9 school with 150 students where the atmosphere is good between students and staff. Our school is situated with a view over Lake Storsjön. We have access to an indoor pool, a small gymnasium, beautiful nature with a skating rink and cross-country and jogging trails nearby, and we are only 12 miles from Bydalsfjällen. Hallen is located between Åre and Östersund; across the ice road/by car ferry it is 25 miles to Östersund and 37 miles to Åre. 2 position(s). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Hallens Church School is seeking two after-school program leaders/student resources. The positions involve responsibility for mentoring students with special needs, both individually and in groups, both during school hours and within the after-school program. The role may also include working as a resource at the class level. Collaboration occurs with qualified teachers who are responsible for lesson planning. When needed, it also includes substituting for regular staff during absences. Working hours are mainly in the afternoons. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone with experience in pedagogical work, preferably in adapted primary school. You can work independently and collaborate with students, guardians, and colleagues. You are goal-oriented, solution-focused, and always keep the child's best interests at the center according to our policy documents. You collaborate well, remain calm even during challenges, and can quickly adapt to different situations. Lack of ego, clear communication, and the ability to separate issues from personalities are highly valued. Personal suitability is important.
