We're looking for you to become a student support worker with us As a student support worker at Realgymnasiet, you create the conditions for learning and guide students based on a given educational concept and the program's learning objectives. You participate in subject team work, work team activities, and are expected to collaborate with responsible teachers. Our school has mentors and student support services available for close collaboration. Together we create an attractive school that gives students excellent conditions for active learning. You will be working with grade 2 students across various subjects. Our students learn a lot about animals and biology, so an interest in pets and horses will help you build relationships with our students. You will support both theoretical subjects such as biology and participate in profile days that include practical activities with different animal species. This is a fixed-term position with 80% employment. Qualifications To be suitable for this role, we believe you have: - Experience with and knowledge of various neuropsychiatric disabilities. - Experience with low-key interaction approaches. - Previous experience in the student support worker role.
