Myrvikens School is seeking a new colleague for the fall semester 2026 to work with grades 4-6 with an interest in learning and social work. You will become part of a forward-thinking team that supports each other and whose work revolves around students and their learning! Job Responsibilities As a student support resource, you will work together with your team to both support individual students and work with the entire group during the school day. You will have close collaboration with your colleagues on the team, with the principal and special educator to design support measures based on each student's individual needs. You will support students' learning as well as social interaction during breaks and between lessons. Qualifications We are looking for someone with post-secondary education in pedagogy or social work that the employer deems equivalent and relevant for this position. Previous experience working as a student assistant in primary school is a merit. You need to have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. Bergs Municipality is a Sámi administrative municipality, and therefore knowledge of the Sámi language and culture is a merit.
