About the Role:
As a graduate engineer at Infrakraft, you will have a unique opportunity to learn the industry from the ground up, side by side with experienced supervisors and road workers. You will receive a broad introduction to basic road maintenance, from winter road maintenance and unpaved road maintenance to planning, monitoring, and quality assurance of contract work.

The opportunity to be involved early on in planning, monitoring, and quality work in contracts
A clear development plan toward a supervisory role starting in year two
Close collaboration with the site manager and other supervisors within Operations and Maintenance
We are looking for someone who has:
A technical degree in the field of road and construction work, with grades no older than five (5) years
If you lack the required technical degree, you can also qualify by having:
Previous work experience in road and construction work for at least two (2) years and have demonstrated interest and aptitude for supervisory tasks
Good ability to communicate in Swedish, both verbally and in writing
A genuine interest in road and infrastructure development and a desire to grow into a leadership role
Good collaboration skills and comfort in a role where you both learn from others and take personal responsibility
Merits:
Driver's license category B
Previous experience, for example through summer jobs or internships in construction, road, or civil engineering companies
Experience with digital working methods and monitoring systems

To thrive and develop with us, you are curious, responsible, and have a strong drive to learn new things. You enjoy taking your own initiatives while being a positive team player who contributes to a good working environment and builds trust with both colleagues and customers.
We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
