Kunskapsskolan Krokslätt is a primary school for grades 4-9 and currently has approximately 270 students. The school opened in 2010 and is located at the Lana junction. The school is situated in an expanding area where many exciting projects from the City of Gothenburg are being planned. The school has demonstrated high satisfaction from parents, students, and staff for several years, as well as very high teacher qualification rates. We have also maintained a positive SALSA value for several years. We are seeking an engaged student assistant or resource pedagogue to support a student in grade seven or nine so they can develop and reach their goals. For each student to achieve as much as possible, we need staff with strong commitment to the student. At Kunskapsskolan, we always place the individual at the center; therefore, we are looking for someone who actively works to help students succeed. As a student assistant or resource pedagogue, you will work together with the student's teacher and student support team to be responsible for supporting and helping the student reach their goals and succeed in school. At Kunskapsskolan, we have a distinct team-based approach and enjoy working together. You will never be alone with challenges and questions. Communication among staff is open, and we share collective responsibility for our students. You will work closely with the student's personal mentor, subject teachers, and the student support team at the school to ensure the student receives the necessary support. As a student assistant/resource pedagogue, you will also have considerable contact with the student's guardians. Qualifications As a student assistant or resource pedagogue at Kunskapsskolan, you need to be good at collaboration. We therefore value that you are organized, engaged, and communicative, as well as flexible and constructive in your teamwork.
