Job Responsibilities We are now seeking four committed student assistants to work with students in need of special support. As a student assistant, you work closely with the student or students during the school day, both inside and outside the classroom. This means you are present during breaks, in the cafeteria, and during lessons to provide support with schoolwork. The role includes planning, structuring, and when necessary, participating in the implementation of schoolwork together with the student to promote learning. You will also participate in activities outside school during school hours, such as study visits, and maintain close and regular contact with guardians. The role is built on creating good conditions for student learning through close collaboration with teachers, other educators, and the school's student support team. Qualifications We are looking for someone with completed upper secondary education, preferably in the Child and Recreation Program or Health and Care Program. Documented experience working as a student assistant or in another pedagogical role at the secondary level is required. It is highly advantageous if you have previous experience working with students who have neuropsychiatric functional limitations (NPF) and experience with low-stress interaction approaches. You have a good ability to collaborate with teachers, the student support team, and the home for the student's benefit. You are clear, structured, and have very good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing. Success in this role requires good social competence, high flexibility, patience, and a deep understanding of different individuals' varying circumstances. You are skilled at finding individually adapted solutions and are passionate about helping students structure their work so they can develop their full potential. As an adult in school, you are a reassuring role model who can set boundaries when needed. You are self-directed and proactive while also thriving in a team setting. One position covers the fall semester 2026, and the other three positions span the entire school year 2026/2027.
