We currently have agreements with, among others, the City of Gothenburg, Kungälv Municipality, Lilla Edet Municipality, the City of Mölndal, and Orust Municipality to provide engaged teaching assistants to their municipal primary schools. Your Responsibilities In the role of teaching assistant, you will follow one or more students during lessons and then during after-school hours. As an educator, you practice low-intensity approaches and meet students based on their needs and circumstances. Examples of work tasks: Support regular staff in the classroom Conduct activities with students according to a plan Work together with after-school educators in after-school activities Serve as a playground supervisor outdoors Your Qualifications Completed high school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience working in primary school. You must be able to work at least two weekdays per week and be comfortable with being booked for shifts the same morning. Good knowledge and work experience with various forms of NPF diagnoses and behavioral issues. If you are trained as a teaching assistant or have experience working as a teaching assistant in primary school, this is a merit.
